PLATINUM

Four maintenance visits per year – ensures your entire systems are checked and any issues can be prevented. We offer this service across all disciplines which means you do not need to employ separate intruder, CCTV and fire companies for support. These systems are covered under one simple, cost effective package that includes;

  • Unlimited call outs to site to respond to unforeseen problems (4 hour guarantee)
  • 24/7 coverage
  • Support on the telephone during working hours for those times when you need a quick fix to a problem

This is a comprehensive package which means all parts and labour costs are included so you know exactly what you will pay and don’t need to worry about unexpected bills.

GOLD

The Gold service provides you with all the benefits of the Platinum service but with;

  • Four preventative maintenance visits per year
  • Call outs at a reduced rate (4 hour guarantee)
  • Parts provided for repair are chargeable at a reduced rate.
  • Support on the telephone during working hours for those times when you need a quick fix to a problem 

SILVER

This support package is designed to offer the standard industry support package;

  • Four preventative maintenance visits per year
  • Calls outs at our standard rate (4 hour guarantee)
  • Parts provided for repair are chargeable
  • Support on the telephone during working hours for those times when you need a quick fix to a problem
